Becky in South Lakes

Becky joined the NISCU team in November 2006.

She works in eight of the secondary schools in the south lakes area and also runs a few clubs in primary schools.
|

|

Becky went to University, took a year out to do youth work and then trained as a music teacher. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
If she ever has any spare time the things she enjoys doing are playing the piano, playing the violin and singing. She also likes reading and eating out. |

Becky works in schools in Kirkby Lonsdale, Sedbergh, Kendal and Windermere. |

Katy in South Lakes

Katy joined the NISCU team in September 2007.

She was brought up in Carlisle and went to university in Lancaster, where she studied Linguistics and English Literature.
|
|

|
| |
Katy really enjoys sport, especially football and volleyball and also plays the violin. When she has longer periods of spare time she likes to travel.. |

Katy works in primary and secondary schools in Milnthorpe, Grange, Kendal and Windermere.

The South Lakes team is made up of Becky, Katy, Melanie and a few other volunteers who work in some of the primary schools. |
