NISCU Craven began in 1993. We work together with and get alongside schools to present the Christian faith in a fun and exciting way.
Since September 2003, Primary schools have also benefited from Bible Explorer. An Ofsted approved interactive teaching resource for year 5 & 6 pupils. Over a five week period of one hour lessons it aims to teach the storyline of the Bible. The children receive handouts and learning materials in conjunction with the course.

Assemblies present the good news of Jesus in a fun, lively yet challenging way. With the use of music, drama, picture presentations and puppets, Bible stories are presented in a relevant way based upon chosen themes and topics. There are further opportunities during lessons and year group work to bring the Bible alive and explore its importance for our lives today.
